AMR Advisory Group
The Australian Strategic and Technical Advisory Group on AMR (ASTAG) develops and provides expert advice on AMR-related issues. The Antimicrobial Resistance Governance Group (ARGG) uses this advice to decide on the actions needed to combat AMR.
The ASTAG includes representatives from across the fields of human health, animal health, food, agriculture and the environment.

The ASTAG is co-chaired by the Australian Government Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and the Australian Chief Veterinary Officer (CVO) and is comprised of the following organisations:
